Unable to log in with GitHub - Stuck on "Your account requires additional verification"

Hi Netlify team,

I’m trying to sign up and log in to Netlify using my GitHub account. After authorizing GitHub successfully, I receive the following error message:

Authentication Error
Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.

However, I never receive any verification email from Netlify, even after checking my spam folder and resending multiple times. I tried using both mobile and desktop browsers (Chrome) with the same issue.

I also tried clicking the verification email from the initial signup, but the link didn’t work.

I’ve already contacted support and received a response redirecting me to the forums since I’m on the free plan.

Please help me resolve this issue so I can access the Netlify dashboard. Thank you!
