Hi Netlify team,
My production deploys are blocked with the error: “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.” However, my Usage & Billing page shows 60 credits available (with a warning icon next to it), which contradicts the block. This matches the known “stale credit usage exceeded flag” bug reported by several other Free plan accounts this month.
