I am trying to get started with the academic-kickstart template and trying to sign up with Gitlab. I have authorised within Gitlab but then it insists that I give it a 4 digit code that is sent in an email. Wonderful, except that the code that is sent to me has 8 digits, and neither the first nor last 4 digits of the 8 digits sent work. Am I clicking on the wrong button somewhere? I’m lost, thanks!
Hi @AntonOfTheWoods, have you tried signing up for a Netlify account here: Netlify App before trying the template you mentioned? That should get you an email with ‘reset password’ link. Let me know if that works for you as a workaround.
