Do you count bandwidth per website or per account?
Hi, @khan-kabir, and welcome to the Netlify community site. 
The limit is per account. The bandwidth for all sites on the account are added together to calculate the total data transfer used for the account (where “total data transfer used” = “bandwidth”).
If there are other questions, please let us know.
@luke how can we see the bandwidth broken out by each site? We need this information for internal billing purposes.
