Zendesk article integration

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place, but I asked through customer service and they told me to ask the community …

I need integration with Zendesk articles and want to see if anyone knows if that is also supported in the Zendesk integration or if the integration is currently only for ticketing or chat.

Netlify can be used to host HTML, CSS and JS files. As far as I know, Zendesk doesn’t give you that.

You could create your own knowledgebase with Gatsby or Hugo and then host it on Netlify, not otherwise.
