Your connection to this site is not fully secure

Dear support I recently hosted a site using netlify and had a custom domain set up for it. I have added netlify’s nameservers in the settings panel of my hosting platform, which in this case is Namecheap. However, I still get the “your connection to this site is not fully secure” info when I visit my site. I was hoping this could be looked into and resolved

Hi, @thedeniyi. Welcome to our Netlify community site.

What is the domain name which doesn’t have SSL working when visited? (I’ve enabled private messaging for you if you would prefer to tell us outside the public forum thread.)

Hi @luke here is the domain: segunadebanjo.me

Hi, @thedeniyi, I’m showing the SSL certificate for that site has been working since 2020-02-03 17:42:11 UTC.

What IP address is replying with the invalid SSL certificate? This is what I find when check the DNS record:

$ nslookup segunadebanjo.me
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address:	8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:	segunadebanjo.me
Address: 104.248.78.24

Note, the IP address will change based on where you are located in the world so if the IP address differs that is normal.

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem using the same service providers except that i transfered my domain hosting to netlify yet my SSL is not provisioned. kindly give insight for nextintel.com

Hi @Dave_kind,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Netlify’s Support Forums!

I’m not finding that domain nextintel.com assigned to any site or account. Could you doublecheck and ensure that is the correct domain? Or if you could provide the site name (for example sitename.netlify.com).

For DNS was have these Support Guides that may help:

Hello, Thank you for the timely reply and for the extra guide. I erroneously entered nextintel.com as my domain name instead of nexxintel.com kindly pardon the oversight. I have not resolved the challenge. In my case, I transfered my DNS from namecheap to Netlify, and the challenge is whenever i update my subdomain record the apex domain will take the same record and vice-versa, Kindly help

Hi there! You’ll want to delete these first two records from your DNS panel, as they are not necessary when you use Netlify DNS:

Once those are deleted and the change propagates, you should be able to accomplish SSL provisioning.
