Verifying domain

I have my website at veliz.netlify.app. I have a custom subdomain veliz.rbind.io that I am trying to add and verify.

The error I get in Domain Management>HTTPS is:

SSL/TLS certificate

We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.

Please read our troubleshooting guide for some tips on what might be happening.

To provision a certificate automatically, Netlify needs to go through a domain validation process on your behalf. This step cannot be completed unless the DNS records for your custom domain are already pointing at our servers.

I used to have no problems with this but eventually the certificate expired and now that I updated my website it seems to not be working still. I can access https on the netlify.app domain but not on the rbind.io domain.
Thanks,
Esteban

Hi, @veliz. I am showing the SSL certificate was provisioned ten minutes before this forum topic was created here:

https://app.netlify.com/sites/veliz/domain-management#ssl-tls-certificate

The SSL is working now.

Thank you. I was trying all sorts of different things and when I wrote that, my site still wasn’t showing. Unfortunately I don’t know what worked from the different things I tried! Thanks again.
