I was wondering if it would be possible to use Amazon EFS also with Netlify Lambda Functions.

Thanks for the questions! Amazon EFS requires custom configuration on AWS Lambda account which is not possible without a dedicated AWS Lambda account that is available only to our Enterprise customers.
