[URGENT] My Netlify site has been down for 10h

My sites have been online for 2+ years, and I haven’t touched anything for multiple weeks. About 10 hours ago I started receiving emails from my users that the site is down.

I use Cloudflare as well, and have used for 1+ year. Is it possible this is related to Cloudflare, even though it doesn’t say so in the error?

EDIT: I pointed nameservers straight to Netlify 30 minutes ago and it’s still not working
edit2: accessing the .netlify.app version of the site works

EDIT3: without cloudflare the site now works again

I just pointed the nameservers directly to Netlify and skipped Cloudflare, let’s see if that worked.

Regardless, something happened when the day changed in Finland, pretty much on the minute Tuesday started. Not sure if that’s helpful

I bypassed Cloudflare and it’s saying on Domain Management that Netlify DNS is active (and it should work), but I’m now getting ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error and can’t access the site (or on another device I’m still getting the same previous screen I screenshotted)

Regardless, I know Netlify is saying that Cloudflare doens’t have 100% support but is there something I should do to fix this? I really need the bot block support since I’ve been attacked countless times.

Edit: now the error is DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

@of-dev It sounds like you’re aware, as you’ve said:

But the reality is that it’s not recommended, or supported.
You can still do it, Netlify cannot stop you, but they also won’t provide support for it.
