URGENT: joshidigital.com expired – clientHold status, need manual renewal, business email down

Hi Netlify Support Team,

I need urgent help with an expired domain that I cannot renew through the self-service portal.

Domain: joshidigital [dot] com

Netlify site: fanciful-narwhal-8f2077

The problem:

The domain expired on May 2, 2026 and now has a clientHold registry status in WHOIS/RDAP. On my DNS zone dashboard, the “Enable auto-renewal” button shows the error: “Domain cannot be auto-renewed within 24 hours of expiration” — I am completely blocked from self-serving this renewal.

What I am requesting:

  1. Manual renewal — Please process or send a $16.99 invoice/payment link to my account email so I can pay right away.
  2. Remove the clientHold — once paid, please lift the clientHold status and advise on DNS propagation timeline.
  3. Any available workaround — please advise if there is any dashboard setting, billing portal action, or admin process I can use to unblock this myself immediately.
  4. ICANN verification — please confirm if I need to complete any contact verification to restore DNS.

I never received any renewal warning emails. Please check what notifications were sent to my account and note this for the case.

Business impact: My Zoho business email (MX records on this domain) is completely offline. The MX records are intact in Netlify DNS — the only blocker is the expired domain status. Every hour of downtime has direct business consequences.

Please treat this as urgent. I am ready to act on any instructions immediately.

Thank you,

Preet Joshi
