Issue:
My Personal account ran out of credits, which caused my site(s) to be paused.
I have since successfully purchased additional credits and my account now shows 1000 credits available under Usage & Billing.
However, when I try to re-enable the site, I receive the following error:
Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support for assistance.
What I’ve checked:
- Credits have been successfully added and are visible in my account.
- The site belongs to my personal account (not a team account).
- I have tried refreshing the dashboard and attempting to enable the site again.
Question:
Could someone please check whether the site/account is still marked as paused or suspended and help restore it? I urgently need access to these sites.
