Hi, my project “plhroforikh” (Site ID: 222f990b-f0e9-4a16-9212-b44d0525bca3, team: ki8lazar-blip) was paused last month after my team exceeded the free plan credit limit.
My credits have since reset. The Usage & billing page now shows the new billing period Sep 2 - Oct 1, with 300/300 credits remaining and zero usage for the current period.
However, the site is still down. The red banner “This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects and deploys have been paused to prevent overages” is still showing across the dashboard. In Project configuration > General > Danger zone, the project shows “Your project is currently disabled”, and clicking “Enable project” returns: “Cannot enable this site. Please reach out to support for assistance.”
Could you please clear the team-level credit limit flag and re-enable the project? Thank you.
