Is there a list of where Netlify's CDN pops are located?

I’ll check and see if we have a more recent list that we can share, but just as a quick FYI the number of PoPs is much greater on our High-Performance network as that is part of how we, well achieve the high performance part, so the discrepancy is a feature, not a bug

hi again - there are no significant changes to our map of PoPs on our regular CDN since that list was updated. There are some locations with multiple data centers, even on the regular network, so it depends a little on how you cut the cake, but that list is accurate in general.
