Unable to receive TLS certificate for custom domain from OVH

Hello!

I recently tried to revive my personal Netlify site I made some years ago, using custom external domain from OVH - kamilnawrot.pl, and I have problem with receiving TLS certificate for that custom domain. For over a week since I initially configured it, the status of the certificate is still:

Currently provisioning your Let’s Encrypt certificate.

And entering the site using custom domain name throws a warning about it being non-secure, because it still only has a certificate for default *netlify.app domain.

I verified all the things mentioned in several troubleshooting guides and everything looks good to me.
Domain is configured to use Netlify’s DNS servers:

What am I missing? And what can be the reason of this issue? I will appreciate all the help in resolving it. Thanks in advance!

Hi, @kamil-nawrot. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was an issue that you could not have resolved but our support team was able to do so using internal-only tools.

The SSL certificate has been renewed and will continue to renew correctly going forward. The issue is resolved now.
