Hi Netlify Team,
I’m trying to add the custom domain compassrealtors.co.in to a new Netlify site, but I receive the error:
“Another site is using this domain.”
Background:
- The domain was previously attached to a site under an older Netlify team.
- I deleted the old team/project.
- I own the domain and manage its DNS records.
- The DNS is currently managed through Digital Showroom.
- The old site/team no longer exists, but Netlify still appears to have the domain associated with it.
Could someone please help release the stale domain association so I can attach the domain to my current Netlify site?
