I accidentally deleted my Netlify team early this morning, while cleaning up a duplicate account I’d created by mistake. My live site went down with it.
I rebuilt the site from my GitHub repo into a new project and it’s working. But when I try to add my custom domains, I get the error: “Another project is already using this domain.”
New site name: thanksforvotingok.netlify.app
New team: thanksforvotingok-64okwzg
Old project (per my DNS CNAME): relaxed-faun-6536dd.netlify.app
Domains: thanksforvotingok.com, thanksforvotingok.net, thanksforvotingok.org
Account: thanksforvotingok@gmail.com
Helpdesk ticket: #1070041
What I’ve already done: Per the support guide, I added the verified-for-netlify TXT record (value 1070041) to all three domains. Ownership verification is in place. My DNS is otherwise unchanged - A record still points to 75.2.60.5, nameservers are GoDaddy’s.
Please release all three domains from the old project so I can add them to my new one. This is a nonpartisan Oklahoma voter Participation site and I have a public event Thursday with printed QR codes pointing to the .com that I cannot reprint.
