Domain stuck on “Preparing your domain” despite correct nameservers

Hi team — I updated my domain jcsoulgrowth.com to use Netlify DNS (nsone.net nameservers). WHOIS confirms the correct nameservers are active, and I’ve added all required records (NETLIFY for root and www, plus MX and A for mail).

It’s been several hours, but:

  • DNS hasn’t propagated globally at all (all :cross_mark: on DNSChecker)
  • Your system is still stuck on “Preparing your domain…”
  • SSL certificate hasn’t been issued

Can you please manually re-trigger DNS verification and SSL issuance?
