Transferring between free accounts

Hi Netlify Team,

From what I have managed to gather the only way to transfer a website between two free accounts is to request so on the forums, would anyone be able to help me with that?

@boxplayer Most support for the Starter plan is via the community forum, but site transfers are mentioned as an exception:

You can use the form https://www.netlify.com/support/#contact and select ‘Site/DNS Transfer’.

• the name of the site you want to transfer
• the associated DNS zone for the custom domain on the site, if any
• the email of another existing Netlify login that you want us to transfer it to
