Transfer the administration of a free or paid netlify account to another user

Good afternoon, I would like to know if it would be possible to transfer the administration of a free or paid netlify account to another user.

For example, the user a@company1.com creates a free or paid account in netlify and links it to the repository A of his github account. I would like to move the management of the netlify account from the user a@company1.com to the user b@company2.com and delete the user a@company1.com, would it be possible?
