The above are the URLs to my site. This has been an ongoing issue for me. My site will go down for no reason. Not sure what is causing it. I have had instances where I can view it on my desktop but not my phone. Or on neither of my devices but someone else could view it. Others have also said the same to me about my site. What can this be?

I am able to load your site correctly. I do however see a DNS record that shouldn’t exist

% dig www.victorycode.co CNAME
www.victorycode.co.	3600	IN	CNAME	parkingpage.namecheap.com.

Removing this record will fix the issues you are having.

@coelmay Hi Coel, I am also having this issue even though with my site cant be reached. Could you please help me? the domain is symedarcy.com.au and my subdomain symedarcy.netlify.app is loading fine.

I don’t have any issues loading symedarcy.com.au @mitchcallahan83. What is the actual error you are seeing?

I’m also not seeing an issue while going to symedarcy.com.au. Are you still having issues? Could you share any error messages or screenshots of the error you’re seeing?

I do see you’re using Netlify DNS, and you do have it configured correctly:

host -t ns symedarcy.com.au 
symedarcy.com.au name server dns1.p08.nsone.net.
symedarcy.com.au name server dns2.p08.nsone.net.
symedarcy.com.au name server dns3.p08.nsone.net.
symedarcy.com.au name server dns4.p08.nsone.net.
