I pointed the domain to a site on Netlify and removed it shortly after because the client wasn’t ready to launch. Now they are and I’m getting this error: A DNS zone for this domain already exists on NS1, the DNS provider backing Netlify DNS
Since the time that it was hosted on Netlify (one week ago) to now, it has not been hosted anywhere else. Please help. The domain is coachandyallen.com.
Hey there! This seems to me that the zone is stuck in NS1’s parking. Since we’ll need to reach out to NS1 to clear the zone, and then add it to your account, would you please let us know your team slug (this is in the URL when you’re in Netlify)? That way when we clear it we can add it for you.
Thank you. Support responded to me directly and suggested that I setup an external DNS by creating an A and CNAME record, and it worked! Thank you for help
