Hi,
We have a customers who’s website is build/managed in Netlify with a different web partner.
Now they want us to take over the website and all other access in Netlify. However, the current web partner claims they can’t create a customer account nor give us access to Netlify because we would have access to all customers of them. I find it very odd that a customer would not be able to own/manage theyre own tenant within a reseller pack.
Someone can assist me with more info on this?
