My account was downgraded from paid to Free this month. Deploys are blocked:

(deploy id 6a86f67999f85a3faec05b6f), and CLI deploy returns
JSONHTTPError: Forbidden right after a fresh successful login.
Note: my team was created on 2026-07-13, so the monthly billing cycle should
already have reset around 2026-08-13 — a week before this post. If the block
were tied to the billing cycle rather than a stuck flag, it should already
be clear.
Please clear the stuck flag and re-enable deploys. Thank you.
