My site is blocked with “Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys
are blocked until credits are added”, but my Usage & Billing page shows
credits still available.

I only use drag-and-drop deploys of a small static site (under 400 KB).
This looks like the stale credit flag issue other free-plan users have
reported. Could you please reset the flag so I can deploy again?
