Team account remains locked with "credit limit exceeded" error after billing month reset

Hello Netlify Support Team,

My team’s billing month has successfully reset, and our dashboard shows that we have available credits. However, our projects are still blocked, and we are continually seeing the error: “This team has exceeded the credit limit.”

It appears that our account is stuck with a stale suspension flag on the backend that did not automatically clear when the new billing cycle started.

Could you please manually clear the suspension flag on our account so our builds can resume?
