I am having an issue with my domain ngteca.com.
The dashboard shows the following error:
ngteca.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify. We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved.

Could you please check what is preventing the certificate from renewing?
