Subdomain only works on Netlify domain url

I have a website set up with subdomains.

I am using branch deploy through Github, and I am using Netlify’s own DNS system, pointing all of Namecheap to Netlify’s DNS servers.

I am also having the issue with HTTPS: “www.website.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”.

Any ideas?

Hi, @Alibasher. We can only troubleshoot if you tell us the actual URLs which are not working. You don’t have any websites named website.netlify.app and website.com isn’t hosted at Netlify either. Your examples are not the real information so we don’t have what is required to troubleshoot.

You can post that information publicly or you can private message (PM) that to one of our support staff. I’ve confirmed that PMs are enabled for your forum login. Please keep in mind that only one person can see the PM and this will likely mean a slower reply than posting the information publicly. Please feel free to reply to however you prefer though.

Subdomain should be: https://subdomain.fabr.cc/
Netlify Subdomain is: https://subdomain–fabrcc.netlify.app/

Update: It seems to be working now. Looks like it just needed some time to kick in.
