Hi Netlify Support,
I am having trouble setting up my domain novalux-solution.com.
The domain is registered on Namecheap and nameservers are correctly pointed to Netlify’s nameservers (nsone.net).
However, Netlify keeps showing the message:
“novalux-solution.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
I cannot re-add or configure the domain, and the domain appears to be stuck in your backend DNS zone.
Could you please fully purge and release this domain from your system so I can properly re-add it?
