Static Assets Failing to load from particular locations

We are hosted on the Enterprise CDN, but are seeing consistent issues with static assets not being loaded (timing out) from particular locations.

We tested our production site asset requests from multiple regions and we can see that the asset requests currently fails consistently from California and sometimes from Australia. Please see the attached screenshot:

Example URLs for these static assets include:

  2. https://performance.credential.net/styles.f386ccea09713334.css
  3. https://performance.credential.net/assets/themes/credential.net/styles/theme.css
  4. https://performance.credential.net/runtime.e8303a21b98196b8.js
  5. https://performance.credential.net/assets/images/issuer-logos/issuer_logos_1.png
    So it seems to occur regardless of the asset type.

We’re seeing this consistently, for many days at a time across multiple Netlify sites.

We’re also seeing the same issue from multiple different clients. Our E2E testing suite runs in Cypress against a pre-production environment via Github Actions, and that has the same issues of static assets timing out.

Is anybody else seeing consistent CDN issues like this within certain regions?
