SSL stuck in provisioning for over 24h - portrait-bonn.de

Hello Netlify Support Team,

I urgently need to get my site online. My SSL certificate has been stuck in “Currently provisioning” for over 24 hours, even after trying several resets.

Site details:

  • Netlify Site Name: portrait-bonn.netlify.app

  • Custom Domain: portrait-bonn.de

What I have already done:

  1. Verified that my DNS is managed by Netlify.

  2. Removed all AAAA (IPv6) records and CAA records.

  3. Removed the wildcard entry (*.) from DNS.

  4. Checked that DNSSEC is disabled at my registrar (Strato).

  5. Removed and re-added the custom domain to the project.

The DNS is clean and pointing correctly, but the SSL job seems to be hung in the backend. Could you please manually reset/clear the SSL cache for this site?

Thank you for your help!
