Hi Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to provision a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain, but it is failing with the error: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”.
My DNS records on Wix are fully updated and Netlify shows “DNS verification was successful ✓”. It appears a stale certificate record is stuck on the backend for this project.
Could a support engineer please manually clear/reset the TLS/SSL certificate state on the backend for my site so I can provision a fresh one?
