Hi Netlify Support,
DNS verification passes successfully in my dashboard, but clicking “Provision certificate” fails with: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
This looks like a stale/stuck certificate state on the backend, where the system is trying to update an existing certificate instead of creating a fresh Let’s Encrypt one. There’s no self-service way for me to reset it.
Could you please clear/repair the stuck certificate state so I can provision a fresh certificate?
