Hi, @jsilver, I resolved this with the “Renew certificate” button found here.
Note, that changes to DNS records are affected by the previous record’s time to live (TTL) values: Time to live - Wikipedia
This might explain why the SSL certificate wouldn’t update previously but did for me just now (meaning, the out of date record finally expired).
After a few failures, our system will stop trying to issue a certificate until the button is clicked (or you contact us here in the community forum for assistance).
