SSL certificate stuck on "Waiting on DNS propagation" for 36+ hours despite clean DNS checks

Site name: wondrous-liger-a18e7f
Custom domain: stapel.agency
DNS setup: Using Netlify DNS (not external) — switched nameservers to Netlify’s (dns1-4.p07.nsone.net) at my registrar (nic.ru) over 36 hours ago.

Issue: The SSL/TLS certificate has been stuck on “Waiting on DNS propagation” the entire time. I’ve clicked “Retry DNS verification” / “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times with no change.

What I’ve already checked:

  • DNSChecker.org (NS lookup for stapel.agency) shows the correct Netlify nameservers propagated almost everywhere globally.
  • Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) for the dns-01 challenge on stapel.agency reports: “All OK! No problems were found with stapel.agency.”
  • Both stapel.agency and www.stapel.agency show a green “Netlify DNS” checkmark in Domain management.

Since both external tools report everything is correctly configured, but the certificate still hasn’t been issued after well past the 24-hour window mentioned in your troubleshooting guide, I’d appreciate help figuring out what’s blocking provisioning on your end.

Thanks!
