SSL Certificate Stuck on "Waiting on DNS propagation" for 2+ Days - ruang-pulih.my.id

Hi Netlify team,

My SSL certificate has been stuck on “Waiting on DNS propagation” for over 2 days now,
and I need help resolving this.

Site Details:

  • Custom domain: ruang-pulih.my.id
  • Netlify site name: ruang-teduh.netlify.app
  • DNS type: Netlify DNS

Current Situation:

  • DNS has fully propagated globally (verified via DNSChecker.org) :white_check_mark:
  • Let’s Debug shows no issues :white_check_mark:
  • Netlify name servers are correctly set at registrar :white_check_mark:
  • NS records confirmed: dns1-4.p09.nsone.net :white_check_mark:
  • It has been over 48 hours and the status remains “Waiting on DNS propagation”

What I’ve Tried:

  • Verified DNS propagation via DNSChecker.org — all regions show correct records
  • Checked Let’s Debug — no errors or warnings found
  • Clicked “Retry DNS Verification” multiple times
  • Waited over 48 hours

The Issue:
The SSL certificate provisioning never progresses past “Waiting on DNS propagation”
despite DNS being fully propagated and correctly configured.

Could you please check and re-provision the SSL certificate on your end?
