I’m having trouble getting an SSL certificate to provision for my custom domain and would appreciate your help.
- Netlify Site Name: greenairconditioning.netlify.app
- Custom Domain: greenairac.co.uk
Problem Details:
I am using an external DNS provider to manage my domain. I recently deleted an old, inactive Netlify DNS zone that was associated with this domain.
Immediately after deleting the zone, the SSL certificate provisioning process seems to have stalled or failed. I believe there may be a lingering issue from the deleted DNS zone that is preventing Let’s Encrypt from successfully validating my domain. I have already double-checked that my external DNS records are pointing correctly to Netlify.
Could you please investigate on your end and help me resolve this SSL provisioning issue?
