Site: lng-cleaning
Site ID: 4e4bdf82-bb38-42c4-9206-bab7ee301dba
Primary domain: www.lngcleaning.com
I’m getting this warning in Domain management and the cert won’t auto-renew:
“www.lngcleaning.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify. We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved.”
The current cert only covers lgcleaningdenver.com (a domain alias), not my actual primary domain.
I’ve already checked everything on my end:
- The domain CNAMEs to
lng-cleaning.netlify.app, and that resolves to Netlify’s own IPv6 addresses - no foreign AAAA record. -
- Apex
lngcleaning.comhas zero AAAA records and exactly one A record (75.2.60.5) - no conflicting records. -
- I clicked “Renew certificate” twice in the dashboard; both times the modal closed but the “Updated” timestamp and warning banner stayed unchanged, with no error or success message.
-
- The site loads fine and consistently returns 200s when I test it in a browser.
- DNS looks clean on my side, so this seems like it needs a manual re-provision of the certificate on Netlify’s end. Could a support engineer take a look and force that for the primary domain?
- Thanks!
