SSL certificate not renewing – "doesn't appear to be served by Netlify" (false positive)

Hi Netlify Support,

My domain aaliconssultancy.com is connected via Netlify nameservers (GoDaddy → Netlify DNS), and the Domains panel shows both aaliconssultancy.com and www.aaliconssultancy.com as verified with Netlify DNS.

But the SSL panel says: “aaliconssultancy.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify” — and won’t renew the Let’s Encrypt certificate.

This looks like a false positive, because:

  1. curl tests on both apex and www, over HTTP and HTTPS, all return “Server: Netlify” with a successful TLS handshake.
  2. Netlify’s own Domains panel shows both domains as “Netlify DNS :check_mark: verified.”
  3. DNS chain (checked via DNSViz) resolves cleanly with no breaks.

So the domain is being served correctly by Netlify, but the certificate renewal check isn’t recognizing it.

Could you please manually re-verify DNS and force a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate issue/renewal for aaliconssultancy.com and www.aaliconssultancy.com?

Thanks!
