It is a bug in the configuration you made at Cloudflare. You caused the 522s. Those are not IP addresses that Netlify is using. …

Thanks @nathanmartin - I am relieved to see this is not something I did, but rather a Netlify problem. I will shout a bit on Twitter to see if we get their attention.

Im not saying you don’t make sense, sorry. I’m saying this doesn’t make sense because they obviously pushed out something as to why a lot of us are having the same issue.

Well I didn’t actually change anything in Cloudflare. I had the nameservers at IONOS (where the domain was purchased) pointing to Cloudflare, so I just updated this to point directly to Netlify nameservers instead. I didn’t need to change anything at either Cloudflare or Netlify.
