I just joined this forum and started the tutorial with @SavvyBot. They asked me to mention them in a reply. I did. Then they replied ~15 minutes later to say they hadn’t heard from me.
Apologies for the delay here, I had been working on revamping our onboarding process and then was out of office. We most certainly appreciate you bringing this up!
I’ve created a test account and was able to get the SavvyBot messages working for me and responding promptly, as intended. I included a screenshot below with the new response timestamps. I believe the problem should now be fixed, but please let me know if you encounter any future errors.
