Requesting release of unclaimed site name parn-mike-wedding

Hi Netlify team,

I deployed a wedding website via Netlify Drop (drag-and-drop, without logging in) a while back, which was assigned the URL parn-mike-wedding.netlify.app. I did not claim it into an account at the time, and I’ve since lost the original browser session/tab needed to claim it through the normal flow.

I have already shared this exact link with wedding guests (it’s a “leave your wishes” page for our wedding on Dec 6, 2026), so I’d really like to keep using it if at all possible.

My logged-in account is phitchaphorn@teacher.act.ac.th (team: MissParn-InnoTech’s team). Since the original site has no owner, could you please either:

  1. Transfer/release the site parn-mike-wedding.netlify.app into my account, or
    1. Free up the name “parn-mike-wedding” so I can create a new project with that exact name under my account
  3. For reference, I’ve already recreated the site under my account temporarily at parn-mike-wedding-xr7r.netlify.app while waiting to hear back.

One more note to add: the email address I originally used no longer works for me, so I’m unable to access anything tied to that old address (including retrieving any verification emails sent there or logging into any account associated with it).

phitchaphorn@teacher.act.ac.th is the only email I can currently access, so please use that for any verification or follow-up. Thanks again!
