Hello Netlify team,
I am asking for help with two sites that are live but not linked to any account I can access:
- events-iquitos.netlify.app
- sacovi-muebles1.netlify.app
I built and deployed both sites in August 2026 as demos for clients here in Iquitos, Peru. I deployed them by dropping a ZIP file, and I believe I was not signed in at the time, so the projects were never claimed. I have since checked every Netlify account I own — all of my Google logins and my GitHub login — and neither project appears in any team dashboard, yet both sites are still online.
The clients have asked me to take them down. They were only demonstrations and they contain placeholder content, so I would rather they not stay public under the clients’ business names.
I can prove I am the author: I still have the original source packages that were deployed on 21 and 22 August 2026, including index.html and all image files. I am happy to send any specific file or detail you need for verification.
Could you either delete both sites, or transfer the projects to my Netlify account so I can remove them myself? I can send the account email privately if you need it.
Thank you very much for your help.
