Request to Reinstate Suspended Project — aicardia.digital

Hello Netlify Support,

I’m requesting a manual review and reinstatement of my suspended project.

Project name: aicardia-landing
Custom domain: aicardia.digital
Project/Site ID: 64a1b5f4-36dd-4000-8af0-e45be881df29

The project currently shows:

“Your project is currently suspended”

and the “Enable project” button is disabled.

My current billing status does not appear to be the cause:

Plan: Free
Billing period: Sep 7 – Oct 6, 2026
Credits remaining: 299.2 / 300
Concurrent builds: 0 / 1

There are no apparent credit-limit issues.

Could you please:

  1. Check the exact reason why this project is suspended.
  2. Clear any stale suspension/credit-limit flag if applicable.
  3. Manually reinstate the existing project.
  4. Let me know if any action is required from my side.

I do NOT want to delete or recreate the project.

Please preserve:

  • the existing custom domain
  • Git repository connection
  • deploy history
  • environment variables
  • project configuration
  • existing production deployment
