Hi Netlify team, I’d like help closing out an unused team. Team: Konquer Media agency (slug: info-91e2vhm), plan Pro. There are two overdue invoices: Jun 22 for $20 and Aug 20 for $20 ($40 total). The project in this team is already disabled and unused. Our live site konquermediaagency.com is hosted elsewhere (Vercel), so this Netlify team is leftover and was never used. The dashboard blocks both downgrading and deleting the team/project while the balance is overdue, so I can’t close it myself. Request: cancel the subscription / downgrade to Free, waive the $40 in unpaid invoices, and delete the leftover team. I do not intend to pay for a service that was never used.
