Redirect by Location not working properly

I have setup redirect for 2 countries by following the netlify documentation, created _redirects file with the content:

/* Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up (Official Music Video) - YouTube 302! Country=be,ee
/* /200.html 200
/* /200.html 404

My issue is now that the first country is getting redirected fine (be) but the second ee is not working, I can’t figure out why, tried putting them on 2 different rows aswell as:
/* Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up (Official Music Video) - YouTube 302! Country=be
/* Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up (Official Music Video) - YouTube 302! Country=ee

Which didnt work either, so I need help with my website:
fallguys-esportinfo.netlify.app fixing this issue, I wanna redirect both users from Belgium and Estonia.
