Hi Netlify team,
I’d like to transfer a project between two teams that have no shared Owners or Developers. Both teams are on the free plan, which is single-member, so I can’t add myself to the destination team to make the in-app transfer available. The docs point to support for this case.

I’m the Owner of both teams — I created the destination team myself.
I’m posting from the account that currently owns the project. Happy to verify ownership of the destination team however you prefer.
Context: I set the project up under my personal account by mistake. It should belong to the company team.
One question: the project has a custom domain with an active Let’s Encrypt certificate, and DNS is managed externally (records point at 75.2.60.5 and the netlify.app subdomain). Will the transfer preserve the domain configuration and certificate, or should I expect to re-add and re-provision them afterwards? I’d like to know whether to plan for downtime.
