My team timthetoolmangraham is on the Free plan. The dashboard shows this banner:
"timthetoolmangraham is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
- Plan: Free
- Billing period: July 23 – Aug 22, 2026
- Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon next to the number)
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
So the credit balance is full, but production deploys are blocked. Drag-and-drop deploys are blocked as well. This looks like the same credit-flag issue several other Free plan users have reported here over the past 24
This is affecting site cracker box app, Proposal builder, next level And fantasy draft.
Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for this team?
