Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys blocked despite 30/30 credits available

Hi Netlify team,

My team yoruoon401 is on the Free plan. The dashboard shows this banner:

“yoruoon401 is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”

However, my Usage & Billing page shows:

  • Plan: Free
  • Billing period: Aug 1 – Aug 31, 2026
  • Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon next to the number)
  • Concurrent builds: 0/1

So the credit balance is full, but production deploys are blocked. Drag-and-drop deploys are blocked as well. This looks like the same credit-flag issue several other Free plan users have reported here over the past few weeks.

Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for this team?

Same issue here. My team also shows this exact banner and error, with 30/300 credits available for the current period (Aug 1 - Aug 31). Team: salatielvictor08’s team Site: tielxos.netlify.app
