Please remove the "No exposed secrets detected" tag from the Deploy page

Hey folks!

It looks like a new feature has been introduced that shows a “No exposed secrets detected” tag for every deploy. From a UI perspective this is really polluting our deploy screen unnecessarily. We’d highly appreciate if you could make this tag more subtle or perhaps not even show it and only show a tag if there are potential secrets exposed. This would declutter the UI again and make it visual nice to browse through for our eyes.
