Next JS Netlify Forms

Hello I am new to Netlify, New to forms, and new to Next JS. I am trying to get a form working on my netlify site.

  • my site is gifted-antelope-58b104.netlify.app
  • my repo is: https://github.com/adamdjbrett/form-nextjs
  • The form fills out fine but when I click submit I get a 404 page
  • the submissions also do not appear in the netlify dashboard.

What do I need to fix please advise?

This Support Guide is the first port of call to debug any forms issues. Please start here and work through these resources!

If you are still having problems after following the suggestions in those guides, please also share the name of your form as it exists in the UI and a link to the live form. The site you shared above throws a site not found error, so I cannot see the form or complete a test submission to recreate your error.
